IF YOU SKIP BREAKFAST YOU WILL BE TIRED IN SCHOOL AND WON’T BE ABLE TO CONCENTRATE
Do exercise! Trampolining, skipping, playing football or taking the dog for a walk are all good ideas for keeping healthy. Drink loads of water to keep hydrated.
