 IF WE EAT HEALTHY SNACKS  DEVELOP STRONG BONES  HELPS YOU CONCENTRATE AT SCHOOL  HELPS YOU MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT  STAY ACTIVE AND ALERT  IF WE DO NOT HAVE HEALTHY SNACKS  WE CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR OUR BODIES.  WE CAN BECOME OVERWEIGHT.  WE CAN DEVELOP DIABETES  WE CAN HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE  WE CAN PUT OUR HEART UNDER STRAIN  WE CAN HAVE BREATHING PROBLEMS

 Lunch box 1  Ham salad & pitta bread  Banana  Yogurt  Water Lunch box 2 Crackers and cheese Cherry tomatoes Carton of unsweetened fruit juice

IF YOU SKIP BREAKFAST YOU WILL BE TIRED IN SCHOOL AND WON’T BE ABLE TO CONCENTRATE

 Do exercise!  Trampolining, skipping, playing football or taking the dog for a walk are all good ideas for keeping healthy.  Drink loads of water to keep hydrated.
