Aligning Our System: High Impact Instruction Leadership Week Day 2 June 9 th, 2015 Theory of Action If we create a unifying vision of instructional excellence for our schools, define the behaviors we believe will lead to success in schools and provide the necessary supports from our teams, then, staff efficacy and student achievement will increase.

Taking Success to the Next Level: High Impact Instruction Goals for Session: 1.Review High Impact Instruction. What is familiar? What is new? 2.Prioritize 1-2 key actions that meet your level of readiness and will be essential for moving your school forward. 3.Identify possible barriers, resources and strategies. 4.Consider both a support plan and communication plan for your staff.

Taking Success to the Next Level: High Impact Instruction 4 I can communicate and implement strategies to address the prioritized MTSS actions (High Impact Instruction, Data Driven Decisions, Collaborative Culture) as a part of school improvement planning. 3 My admin team can plan for possible strategies to address the 1-2 prioritized MTSS actions as a part of school improvement planning My admin team can create a communication plan for High Impact Instruction to share with my staff. 2 I can prioritize 1-2 MTSS actions for school improvement (High Impact Instruction).
