Charter schools with LEPs should: 10) complete the October 1 and February 1 headcounts 11) follow proper W-APT and ACCESS test training procedures 12) validate Tiers for ACCESS testing 13) attend the beginning of year LEP Coordinator’s meeting hosted by NCDPI
