September-November September 1- written contact by college coaches is allowed on this date by NCAA. Start filling out player prospect sheets- Recruit Me ProfileRecruit Me Profile In s to coaches include Fall Baseball Schedule.

December-March Plan visits to schools of interest-some have Junior Days during Spring Season- and ask about them. Summer Most important part of Junior Year Process- Attend select College Camps and Clinics- Good assessment of where you stand against others Coaches will give feedbacks from these Camps and Clinics July 1 st - telephone contact can be initiated by College Coach Send letters to college programs informing about Junior Year- with statistics

Overview Seek out program that plays in showcase tournaments-send Fall Schedule. Review Core Academic Requirements with Guidance Counselor. Retrieve unofficial transcript. Make sure first report card is best report card. If not signing early National Letter of Intent (usually second week of November) research into Christmas Camps and Clinics from schools interested in or schools interested in you.

September-January Early signing period- dates vary year to year. Can contact college coaches by phone anytime. (Reminder- After July 1 st college coaches can contact you by phone and vice versa.) Official Visits- Accept offers and prepare with list of questions. Be prepared for any questions they have for you. Dress appropriately- no shorts, jeans or t-shirts. Treat as interview.
