PROJECT OVERVIEW (cont’d) YEAR 2 ACHIEVEMENTS YEAR 2 ACHIEVEMENTS -Excellent Health and Safety record. -Milestones 3 and 4 Completed 1 month ahead of programme – 7,328 Units replaced to date. -Consultation process - customer care team working very well -Reactive Maintenance - corrected 10,290 faults -14% reduction in Reactive Maintenance work -Planned Maintenance activities – 33,900 jobs -Provided employment for 53 people (11 new starters in the last 12 months) -Invested heavily in training and development
