2 Contractor Appointment Slots
CURRENT POSITION The Contractor is to offer the following slots both for those initial appointments and for any subsequent follow up appointments that may be necessary. The Contractor must accommodate the requirements of the Employer’s customer to ensure access to carry out task orders. The two hour appointment slot is a time window to advise the tenant when the contractor will attend to commence the works.   1 08:00 to 10:00 Monday to Saturday 2 10:00 to 12:00 3 12:00 to 14:00 4 14:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday 5 16:00 to 18:00 6 18:00 to 20:00 These time slots are indicative of when the contractor will arrive to begin the task order. The task order takes as long as required and does not need to necessarily be completed within this time period. The contractor will advise the tenant how long the task order will take to complete including any H&S implications. The Contractor’s text messaging facility must be used to confirm and update the customer when appointment arranged to the following : Confirmation text (immediately) when appointment arranged Confirmation 24 (twenty four) hours prior to agreed appointment time. Confirmation on morning of appointment, to be a minimum of 1 (one) hour before arrival time.
