Our Counselling Approach Counselling may take place over the telephone, by video (live via webcam) or in person Short-term, solution-focused Number of sessions varies and determined on a case-by-case basis Our EAP counsellors must: -Adhere to our service and quality standards -Have a minimum of five years’ experience -Hold a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or other human services field -Be members of their respective professional body
