Department of Internal Affairs Funding - Points to consider Seek advice from a DIA advisor before you apply Do you meet the criteria and are you eligible for funding? Which committee are you best to apply to? What are we likely to fund? Does what you are asking for, meet the committee priorities and outcomes for the current year?

Department of Internal Affairs Community Organisations Grants Scheme (COGS) Funded services or projects are expected to contribute community benefits or outcomes. These include that: participation in communities has been actively encouraged community leadership has been promoted community capability has been developed social, economic and cultural equity has been promoted, or downstream social and economic costs to communities and government are reduced.

Department of Internal Affairs Reporting Requirements You are required to report against the request submitted, this includes; Community Need Community Benefit Outcomes and Budget that you stated in your request Due date is 12months from the date the grant was approved

Department of Internal Affairs Note: All your Results Reports will be under this section Focus on Outcomes and Benefits achieved Can save as a draft and return to it when you have all the information.

Department of Internal Affairs Financial documents required a statement of income and expenditure is required, summarising what happened in line with the budget presented with your request. the DIA grant and any other grants or income should be clearly stated in this summary, along with all the expenses incurred.
