What do you eat? How often do you eat fruit? How often do you eat vegetables? How often do you eat fried foods? How often do you drink fizzy drinks? How often do you eat sweets?

HEALTH HABITS.

1.Eating a low fat food. 2.Using more fruit. 3.Having food with less calories. GOOD

1.Fast food. (chips,hamburgers,cola) 2.Dieting too much. BAD

3.Using too much sugar or salt. 4.Too many sweets.

EAT WELL STAY HEALTHY! Give you energy. There are carbohydrates in: Carbohydrates

Fats They make you strong and give you energy.

Vitamins They are important for your eyes, bones, skin, hair. There are 13 types of vitamins. ( A, B, C )

Protein It helps you to grow and gives you energy.

Water It is important for your blood. It also cleans your body from the inside

Minerals They make your bones and teeth strong.

Fibre It cleans the inside of your body.

DO YOU KNOW THAT…..

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Apricot is good for your skin. Banana is good for your muscles.

Carrots are good for the eyes. Garlic stops you getting cold. Green protects your teeth. Fish is good for the brain.

Never live to eat, but eat to live! Don’t forget!
