Pack Funds - Budget Pack 159 is very successful! – Currently carrying bank balance of > $8,000 New Initiatives: – Den Budgets: $100-Webelos; $75-Bears, Wolves; $50- Tigers = $725 – Pack Provided Rank Books (new Join Scouting Night) = $630 Added to Sept Pack Meeting: Scouts are recognized by rank to receive books and encouraged to complete their rank badge No books for Web 2s ; Make part of ceremony - handing knowledge down to younger scouts – Shed for Quartermaster: Pack pays ½ up to TBD amount; 5 year requirement (see ) 4

FY 2010 – 11 Projected Budget INCOME – Popcorn Sales: 55 $150.00/scout = $8,350 – Scout Dues: 70 $60.00 = $4,200 – Blue and Gold: 200 $7.50 = $1,500 – TOTAL NET INCOME = $14,050 EXPENSES – Popcorn Cost: 70% of sales= $5,845 – Re-chartering= $1,600 – Pack Meetings (Join Scouting, PWD, B&G)= $6,145 – Pack Activities (Pool Party, Snacks)= $ 700 – Pack Admin (Den Budget, Rank Books)= $3,155* – TOTAL EXPENSES =$17,455 NET INCOME($3,405) * New Items 5
