Forms Needed There are four forms required for every swimmer and diver HVA Aquatics Registration Physical Examination and Sports Form Release of Claims for Future Accidental Injuries Concussion Form Please fill out all forms completely

Practice Schedule First Practice is scheduled TBA Practice Times Monday – Thursday (UT's Allan Jones Aquatic Center - AJAC) 7:00pm – 7:30pm Drylands 7:30pm – 8:30pm Swimming If Knox County School System closes for snow, we will not have practice or competition that day

Meets CONFIRMED SWIM MEETS KISL Championship Meet January 22 nd -23 rd Middle School Championship January 24 th TISCA State Championship in Nashville February 12 th -13 th Other Meets - TBA

Lettering Requirements Must attend 70% of all practices Score at least one point in a swim meet State Qualifiers USA swimmers must swim with USA team 4 days a week and attend HVA practices 2 per month / swim meet requirements Coaches discretion

Disciplinary Policy Drugs and alcohol strictly prohibited Parents will be contacted Three strikes and your gone policy If dismissed, no refunds of team fees

Swim Suit Rules New FINA and USA and HS rules

SWIMSUIT (This is a 2 year suit) Speedo’s “Deep Within” Suit

Warm-up Suits are Speedo Boom Force. It is last year for this model. New warm up next year. Gray Hooded Sweat shirts and sweat pants will be available with same design as front of team shirt.

The Hawk Head can be Embroidered on the top of Backpack. Swim Team as well as name could be added.
