The Salvador Declaration calls for:  Strengthening the collection, analysis and dissemination of accurate, reliable and comparable data on world crime and victimization trends and patterns (OP 11)  Identifying gaps that may hinder international cooperation and explore means to address these gaps (OP 21)  Participatory, collaborative and integrated approach to develop and adopt crime prevention policies as well as monitor and evaluate their impact (OP 33)
