General information - Calls open since 28/11/ Closing date 28/02/2013 (note: likely amendment of the MAP Call which may lead to an extension of the MAP Call end date, not AP Call) - Functional mailbox for questions - Check the FAQ page regularly (updated on a weekly basis)

MAP CALL – RIS (1) - Closing date: 28/02/2013 – may be extended - Budget : 10 million € - Co-financing rate: 50% for studies and 20% for works - Total requested EU contribution: minimum € 500,000 - Eligible costs: costs incurred between 1/1/2012 and end date (at the latest 31/12/2015) - This is the 4th RIS Call, already a number of RIS projects either completed or on-going. Check the TEN-T website for list and presentation of all RIS projects.

MAP CALL - RIS (2) The specific objectives and priorities of the Call are: Installation of on-board equipment and shore– based infrastructure Testing and validation of the technical feasibility and interoperability of technologies, systems, services and applications Fine-tuning and further enhancement of technologies, systems, services and applications

MAP CALL - RIS (3) Implementation of (new) services, e.g. for transport management purposes Facilitation of interfaces with other modes of transport Further development and application of concepts such as for cross border data exchange Provision of feedback and contribution to the maintenance and amendment of the technical specifications

MAP CALL – PRIORITY PROJECTS (1) - Budget of €725 million – Additional budget may be injected into this enveloppe following an amendment of the MAP WP - No ear-marking per mode - Co-financing rate of 50% for studies, 20% for works (30% for cross-border sections) - Costs eligible if incurred between 01/01/2012 at end date (at the latest 31/12/2015)

MAP CALL – PRIORITY PROJECTS (2) PP 18 and 30 Studies that lead to implementation Testing and deployment of new technologies Works to be implemented by 2015 Intermodal connections to IWT Acceleration of on-going TEN-T projects (top-up)

Annual Call – Inland Waterways (1) Total budget : € 250 million Closing date : 28 February 2013 (no extension foreseen) Eligible costs: costs incurred between date of proposal submission and end date (at the latest 31/12/2015) Rate of co-financing: 10% for works, 50% for studies (including the deployment pilots)

Annual Call – Inland Waterways (2) All priorities are relevant for IWT: Priority 1: acceleration/facilitation of TEN-T projects implementation (€150 M) Priority 2: Innovation and new technologies for transport infrastructure and facilities (€40 M) Priority 3: Support to Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and innovative financial instruments (€25 M) Priority 4: Support to development of corridors (€35 M)

Annual Call – Inland Waterways (3) Priority 1: acceleration/facilitation of TEN-T projects implementation Stable fairway conditions (class IV and higher) Upgrade locks Increase under bridge-clearance to allow passage of containerships LNG bunkering facilities Port access and hinterland connections Reception facilities for oil and other waste

Annual Call – Inland Waterways (4) Connection of IWT to all other modes Intermodal (transhipment) platforms and interconnection nodes
