JASPERS)

Technical assistance for project development and implementation  sufficient quality, maturity and EU added- value Projects on the TEN-T core network eligible/financed under the CEF "cohesion envelope" Aim: help MS fully absorb national allocations (successful selection but also implementation phase) Specificities: Only for countries that specifically request JASPERS assistance Financing from the national allocations  authorisation of MS concerned of the maximum amount to be used for JASPERS services
