5 Senses Our Senses help us experience the wonderful things around us. Touch Sight Hearing Smell Taste

Touch (le toucher) to bring a bodily part into contact with especially so as to perceive through the tactile sense Use the body (hands, feet etc.)

Sight (la vue) Is the capability of the eye(s) to focus and detect images of visible light Use eyes

Hearing (l’ouie) sense of sound perception Use the ears

Smell (l’odorat) to perceive the odor or scent Use nose

Taste (le gout) capability to detect the taste of substances such as food, certain minerals, and poisons, etc Use tongue (taste buds) & mouth
