Knowledge Transfer Accelerating Innovation slide 13 Life Sciences Section KT HR Induction Program In particular, the Life Sciences Section:  Provides information and advice to the CERN management on all questions of life sciences which may be relevant to CERN  Gives advice to and participates in activities dealing with life sciences carried out CERN wide  Continues and expands the participation in EC funded R&D and training projects across a distinguished network of European research centres, universities and healthcare companies  Enhances the ENLIGHT network for hadron therapy and expand CERN’s collaboration to external life sciences activities  Promotes and organizes knowledge exchanges events in the multidisciplinary domain of medical applications, bringing together Physics, Biology and Medicine expertise for the advancement of cancer treatment.
