Mountain Range A line of mountains connected by high ground.
Glacier Huge, slow-moving mass of snow and ice

River large natural stream of water flowing in a channel to the sea, a lake, or another stream
Cataract Large waterfall; any strong flood or rush of water
Delta Triangular-shaped plain at the mouth of a river, formed when sediment is deposited by flowing water
Flood Plain Broad plain on either side of a river, formed when sediment settles on the riverbanks.
Tributary River or stream that flows into a larger river
Lake A large body of water surrounded by land
Hills Area that rises above surrounding land and has a rounded top, smaller than a mountain
Beach an expanse of sand or pebbles along a shore
Valley A low area of land between hills or mountains, typically with a river or stream flowing through it

Savannah/Prairie A large open area of grassland
