It gives me immense pleasure to introduce the one and the only one physical fitness test. The test that will determine both the mental and the physical capacity of your children. No doubt, the schools in India specially in Punjab provide us quality education but unfortunately we are far behind in taking care of physical fitness of our wards. I assure you that beside providing high level of fitness. We will also take care health and hygiene of your student. Fitness can not be achieved in one day, it need time but I assure bright healthy and purposeful life to the future of India and specially in Punjab. 4

INTEREST The interest is the most important factor that determined the ability of the students. Mostly student imitate their idols and peers. Performance in any activity is directly related to interest and talent in activity/sports. 7

HEIGHT The games are usually allotted according to the height of player. A taller player have mechanical advantages in games like volleyball basketball and netball and similarly. Shorter player can perform better in those games where balance is needed for example handball, football etc. 8

GENDER Males are stronger and tougher then girls. Training and game has to be gender specific. As human have some physiological limits there is physiological limit in achieving the performance I specific game. Males have physiological advantage over females, so they can achieve higher level of performance. SIZE OF LIMBOS : Bigger and longer muscular can have advantages an most of the competitive sports. 9
