Topic: Manager’s abilities and roles in a teamwork organisation.  Requirements which have to be fulfilled by present managers. Nowadays, more and more managers face many requirements in a company and their number is still increasing.

Manager’s abilities and roles in a teamwork organisation.  Abilities of managers. Some of the abilities which predispose employees to be managers are: intelligence, the ability of analysing and classifying activities in work, skills in teaching the others, a strong will, good health, etc.

Manager’s abilities and roles in a teamwork organisation.  Knowledge of managers. The technical knowledge and abilities have to be connected with a work of manager.

Manager’s abilities and roles in a teamwork organisation.  The process of management. At present, managers have to focus on the management of people which is understood as stimulating and coordinating the efforts of all the members of a team.

Manager’s abilities and roles in a teamwork organisation.  3 C formula- command, control and correction. Managers should stop using the old system of management which is based on the 3C formula.
