African Spoonbill Threat: They are not endangered Habitat The African Spoonbill usually resides by shallow inland water. This bird’s habitat includes river banks, lake shores, marshes, plains, swamps and water meadows Diet Fish and aquatic invertebrates such as crustaceans or shellfish, insects, larvae and molluscs. Behaviour The African Spoonbill is usually a shy bird
