Directions for constructed response: Write a brief response in which you compare and contrast the two poems. Explain two ways the poems are alike. Next, contrast the two poems by explaining one way the poems are different. Make sure that you cite evidence from the text, and make sure that you refer to the poems as poem 1 and poem 2.
