A epic tale of lies, treachery and hate

Once there was a young bunny named Happy

Happy lived a joyous life with his mother

But Happy longed to explore the world outside his hole in the ground.

But his mother wouldn’t let him for she knew of the dangers in the world.

Happy didn’t know though and one day he ran away.

His mother was sick with worry

But Happy was too exuberant to care

But there was someone watching Happy very carefully, and when the time was right…

…he POUNCED!

Later Happy woke in a daze…

Happy had a new friend, his name was Angst

He explained to Happy that he (Happy) had been kidnapped by the evil bunny, Evil the Silly Bunny, to be sold in the rabbit slave trade.

And as Happy hopped around he noticed that there was some sort of force field around them so they couldn’t leave.

Fortunately Angst and the other bunnies had been planning to escape

And when the guards were asleep

Angst opened the door with a key he’d carved out of a carrot

But EVIL was waiting for them!

Evil launched himself at Angst, pinning him to the wall.

But Angst hit back! Struggling to hold Evil back, he yelled for Happy and the other bunnies to flee.

But Happy was too scared to run, all he could do was curl up in a ball.

Angst ordered Happy to move, as he forced Evil to the edge of a precipice.

But Angst lost his footing and fell off, with Evil smiling at him as he plummeted downwards!

A cry of rage and sorrow welled up in Happy for his fallen mentor and he charged at Evil, mortally wounding him in the side.

And with that, Happy left that house of pain and suffering, pausing only to take one last look back at the place where his good friend Angst the Angry Bunny had once stood proud and strong.

When Happy got back home, everything had changed; but then, so had Happy.

Happy’s mother forgave him for running away and they lived wonderously ever after, but Happy mourned everyday for his slain comrade, Angst.

But one day Happy had a visitor. Angst had survived his fall and come to see Happy! But He couldn’t stay, for Angst wanted to explore the world again! Happy was just relieved to see his friend again and wished him well. Then Happy lived joyfully ever after again.
