Before choosing a career to pursue one must consider many factors of it. Is it offering a balanced work life? Is the nature of job flexible? Or is it paying good money or not? What are the long term growth prospects?

Accept or deny it is in human nature to believe that he deserves more than he is earning now. Another misconception is that only sports stars or media celebrities are earning overpaid amounts. There are many professions who are also earning heavy pay cheques. Some of these jobs in UAE are highly paid.

Chief Executive Officer serves as a leader in organization. They take important decisions of the company and are normally selected by board of directors. Everything they do and every decision they make strongly impact on bottom line of company. Requirement: Strong background in finance and leadership and qualification would depend upon sort of organization.
