WHAT IS GRAPHIUM HYBRID TECHNOLOGY COMBINING PRINT AND FINISHING The Graphium integrated workflow allows digital printing combined with flexographic technologies and automated finishing techniques to provide a one pass solution for multi-faced labels and packaging.

HYBRID TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTIVITY AND FLEXIBILITY. WORKFLOW | DIGITAL & FLEXO PRINT | AUTOMATED FINISHING INKJET PRINT ENGINE  Xaar 1002 print heads with TF technology means low maintenance and highly reliable, consistent print quality.  45 m/min with greater than 1080 dpi perceived resolution.  Inter-colour LED UV pinning.  High opacity over and under white*.  Exceptional colour consistency and repeatability with match to ISO standards, even with most challenging colours.  Wide colour gamut with CMYK.  Durable and lightfast inks with strong adhesion across most substrates.  Decorative and tactile effects that replicate screen print. FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINT & EMBELISHMENT  Quick set flexographic print stations with pre-register, auto register and automated pressure control* synchronise seamlessly with digital workflow.  Flexo can be positioned pre or post digital to enable over digital over printing and printing on the adhesive.  Laminating, foiling or varnishing combined with print in a single process.  Substrate range from um AUTOMATED FINSHING  Hybrid semi-rotary & full rotary die cutting system*.  Pre-register of print to die cut minimises set up waste.  Automatic die load and unload increases productivity and safety as well as reducing skill levels*.  Automatic setting of back slitting and sheer slitting reduces set up time*.  MIS integration and job data storage.  Jobs finished in a single pass of the machine. WORKFLOW  Integrated digital workflow.  Colour management.  Inks database and wide gamut mapping of spot colours.  JDF & JMF support for MIS Integration.  Job automation to define digital and flexo output.  Auto selection of die cut tool from inventory.  Integrated Enfocus preflight.
