Georgia Technology Authority 3 Status Update On track with evaluation process for Managed Network Services and Infrastructure Services Completed our final review and evaluation of the HR RFP responses for both Managed Network Services (MNS) and Infrastructure Services

Georgia Technology Authority 4 Due Diligence Conducting Due Diligence activities with each Service Provider in September and early October Service Providers are coming on-site to conduct to gather additional data, review documentation, gain a better understanding of how services are delivered today, etc. Goal is to validate the assumptions that they’ve made in their proposals – helps to ensure the accuracy of their final proposal/pricing

Georgia Technology Authority 6 HR Update Expect to initiate joint GAIT2010 and Service Provider HR transition planning sessions once the final Service Providers are selected for final negotiations (late September for MNS and mid- October for Infrastructure Services). Details of the offer letters and related HR provisions will be shared after contract signing.
