11 Federal Acquisition Service SWAT Tips  Don’t restate the requirements from the ETS2 RFP  Make reference to the mandatory requirements in the master contract  Be clear in stating agency-specific requirements  Example: If your agency needs a document number to be structured a certain way, provide an example of that structure  Remember --- anything beyond the master contract requirements adds cost and complexity to the services  ETS2 is a commercial buy, not a GOTS product  Any delays increase risk of ETS1 Extension costs 11 February 15, 2012 - For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute
