Present Situation at HEPHY Two cleanrooms –Large (42 m²): houses sensor test facility and wire bonder –Small (16m²): coordinate measurement machine (CMM) and gluing equipment Need to change location between gluing and wire bonding –How to solve continuous vacuum supply of jigs?
