Guidelines for A Level Interpretations and Investigations Timetable for Investigations Intro ¾ weeks Research 6-8 weeks Final essay no more than 2000 words (not- including footnotes and bibliography) A running word count must appear on the bottom of each page and a total word count at the top of the first page. All research must be registered in the bibliography and acknowledge in the footnotes.
