What does this cartoon mean? We have 3 weeks of school left! KEEP COMING TO SCHOOL! This is not a time to be slacking off, but rather working hard toward the finish! Keep working hard, look at your grades, come in and ask me for help, turn in missing work. NOW is the time to start working on all of this!

Outline for the remainder of school Today-Thursday: Cartoons describing changes to earth with global warming Friday-Wednesday: How does land on earth change? Next Thursday-Finals: Stream Tables=How does water change earth?

Climate Change throughout history What are some of the drivers of climate change that caused the ice age cycle? What are some of the effects of the climate change we are currently experiencing with the warming of the planet (think about the videos- An Inconvenient Truth, Years of Living Dangerously in Washington and New Jersey, etc)?

In a group of 3-4: Given what we know about how the atmosphere and climate is changing: Draw cartoon panels of Earth’s: 1.Past 2.Present 3.Future with out fixing climate change 4.Future with fixing climate change On the back (or worked into the panel) you need to include a description of reasoning for EACH drawing- WHAT and WHY are things happening scientifically? GET CREATIVE! Try to make it a story Everyone is responsible for 1 panel (for the grade) and these are DUE on THURSDAY Cartoon Project
