Major objectives for Education in Lithuania Universally accessible, quality, modern education with the needs of an open civic society and market economy; At least 85% of Lithuanian population of employable age have a real opportunity to use ICT; Lithuanian population have real opportunities to engage in lifelong learning; Lithuania has a Long-term Education Strategy by 2020, approved by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania. 6/21/2016
