Pizza

Ingredients: 1 packet of flaky pasty 150g ham 150g grated cheese 4 tomatoes 2 onions 3 red peppers 2 cloves of garlic ketchup spices – salt, pepper, basil

How to do it step by step. - Spread flaky pastry into scones. - Put them in a greased baking sheet. - Brush each of them with ketchup mixed with garlic a spice. - Cover the pastry with ham and strains from our school garden (tomatoes, onions, red pepper etc.). - Put it into the preheated oven and bake 15 – 20 minutes (250°C) - At the end scatter it with grated cheese and put it again for 2 minutes into the oven. - Cut into pieces and eat warm.

Apple strudel

Ingredients: strudel dough you can buy it – it is easier and we did it or if you are an advanced cook you can make your own dough and then you need: 200 g unbleached flour 1 teaspoon salt 105 ml water, plus more if needed 30 ml vegetable oil, plus additional for coating the dough 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar For the filling: 5 medium sized sour apples 140g sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon vanilla sugar 80g raisins, walnuts and Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions: Peel the apples and cut into quarters, then cut into thin slices. Roll out the dough. Place the apples, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, raisins and walnuts down the centre. Fold the top flap of dough over the filling and brush with the egg or just water. Bake the strudel in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes (220 C). Reduce the temperature to 190 C and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown. Dust with icing sugar. …and now enjoy your strudel …
