Camp Surf Field Trip 2016 Parent/Chaperone/Student Meeting

Arrival and Departure on the 11th Students arrive at 3:30 AM Depart at 4:00 AM Students will know their bus and group the Friday before we leave Keep luggage with them Parents can leave once student is with chaperone or waiting in front of the correct bus Wear shirts Bring breakfast

Breakfast during bus ride Please send a HEALTHY breakfast and drink with your child NO CANDY Candy will be taken

Dinner on way home Will be stopping for dinner Must give $10 to chaperone on Monday morning Must be cash

Arrival at Camp Arrive at Camp/Cabin Check in Unload bags onto sheets Camp gives brief rules Find cabins Lunch
