Albert Einstein PRESENTATION ON: GROUP INTRODUCTION ANALYSIS OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WHY ALBERT’S STILL FOLLOWED TODAY.

Group Introduction Albert Einstein Hello and welcome, my name is Shealene Gibson and today I will be presenting my share of a group presentation on “Albert Einstein as a Great Leader”. Our Group choose to research Albert Einstein because he wasn’t a “traditional leader”, He was a great leader in the scientific world that has changed the way we live and still follow his work today! Our Group consists of four members Shelby Jan, Ferdousee Akther, Kathleen Maunder and myself Shealene Gibson. Each one of us will present six topics which are:

Analyze Albert’s leadership style – Shealene Gibson Why do you think people follow Albert? – Shealene Gibson What event or series of events has Albert Einstein done that has made him such a great leader? – Ferdousee Akther What has been learned from this Albert ? – Shelby Jan What is the scientific contribution to the community? – Shelby Jan What do you feel Albert could do to improve or could have done differently and why? - Kathleen Maunder

Leadership Style Analysis of Albert’s Leadership Style  First I’ll begin by identifying Albert’s Leadership style, Albert is identified as a “visionary leader” meaning Imagination pulled together with Persistence, It is believed that Albert had visions which nobody believed in him with. Albert never gave up and with that persistence he became a man who’s work unraveled the scientific world.  Einstein was indeed a Visionary Leader, his willing to keep going and not giving up was the biggest characteristics, Albert also used a very different thinking process, and it is believed that they are in fact geniuses.

 Visionary Leaders are often described as having well in depth imaginations, they see the outcome and never give up, they see or think what others are not capable or knowingly available to see or think. Einstein was all of these,  These skills or assets he held, most defiantly played the biggest part in how we know Einstein today, today’s English Vocabulary even uses Albert’ Einstein’s name in a slang version for genius. His name is widely known, you may here some one referring to a smart person as “he or she is an Einstein” meaning they may carry traits like a visionary leader or they pose the Smart different thinking of or like Einstein. Albert set a high bar in science and the world as we know it today.

Conclusion Albert Einstein persistence and constant research helped him earn the credit he deserves. His Visionary style and personality, taught people never to give up and to follow what you believe in, not only has he set a high standard in the Science and Energy world but also set a very fine example of being persistent and never giving up.

Introduction-Why Would People Follow Albert?  Albert even marked history books with helping the government make/ create atomic bomb. However this was not one of Albert’s proud creations, it was later used for negative use with war field battles. Albert was not amused by this at all and I believe he voiced his opinion in the purpose and the creation of atomic bombs. He was deeply upset for what they were used for and felt betrayed by the government/military.  Einstein had many creations, inventions and most of all extended research to preexisting matter also. Albert was a finisher, with his determination and never giving up visionary leadership qualities he set out to make a name for himself.

Einstein created a theory E=mc2, (M) meaning for mass, (E) energy, and speed of light. He proved this by a “Train Theory “of simultaneous light and timing. He also created atomic bombs. These two were his biggest going down in history creations. In 1921 Albert brought home the Nobel Prize for physics category. A Nobel Prize is a high honor, started in 1901 with an award ceremony annually and internationally with six categories for outstanding work nominated and voted by a board. Einstein won the award for his hard work and invention of Energy, light and time equation; E=mc2. Many other Visionary leaders have also won awards.

Because of all these great qualities Albert Einstein is still talked about, remembered, researched, and sets a great example for the world even carried on today and for future generations to come. No one can take that away from a hardworking man, that people look up too and future to look up too. Conclusion Albert Changed science, energy, physics to what we know today. He has won Nobel Prize and set a high precedence in the science world and in everyday living. Albert will always remain a leader and a good role model by going down in the history books. Past Generations, our generation and future generations will all know who Albert Einstein is, because there is no erasing inventions and scientific proof in History books.
