2. Early Life
Albert Einstein was born in Württemberg, Germany, on March 14, 1879.
He was born to Herman and Pauline Einstein.
He moved around from Munich, to Italy, to Switzerland.
His science career began with the fascination of the magnetic compass.

3. Einstein family Einstein’s parents were Herman and Pauline Einstein.
He had a sister named Maria, but he called he “Maja”.
His first wife was Mileva Maric.
He had two sons, Eduard and Hans Albert.
In 1902, he had a daughter, Lieseri, but she was put up for adoption.
His second wife was Elsa Löwenthal.
Einstein became a stepfather to Ilise and Margot Löwenthal.

4. Interesting and Strange Facts
Albert Einstein had speech difficulty when he was younger.
Albert Einstein’s brain weighed 1,230 grams , which was less then the average human brain (1,300g to 1,400g) .
He failed is University entrance exam for the Swiss Federal Polytechnical School.
He had an illegitimate child with Mileva Maric.

5. E=mc2 Albert Einstein is the originator of the equation, E=mc2.
It was established in 1905.
The E stands for energy, the M stands for mass, the C stands for the speed of light and the 2 mean squared. Together the C and 2 make up a constant factor.
This equation is important because it helped with the development of the atomic bomb and nuclear system.
Today, it is used for converting atoms and molecules into useful energy, and it is the basic equation for nuclear physics.

9. The Atomic bomb
Einstein wrote to President Franklin D. Roosevelt on August 2nd 1939 before World War II.
He told the president about the Nazi Germany army was going to purify U-235, which would be used to make an atomic bomb.
This led to the Manhattan Project.
The Manhattan Project was dedicated to the research and production that would create a successful atomic bomb.

10. On April 17, 1955, Albert Einstein was rushed to the hospital.
He suffered internal bleeding caused by the rupture of an aortic aneurism.
He died in Princeton Hospital at the age of 76.
Einstein's remains were cremated and his ashes were scattered.
