Nuclear Energy, a Bad Choice By, Casey Calvetta Gold

Reason 1 Building a nuclear power plant is very costly in fact it cost more than any other power plant. The power plants have to pay for fuel to power the equipment. Ever since nuclear power was discovered, it has cost the country over $492,000,000,000!

Reason 2 Although the only by product from nuclear power is steam it is poisoning the environment. Different plants can be discolored and killed.

Reason 3 Nuclear energy is solid waste Nuclear energy will stay radioactive for a VERY LONG time.

Say no to nuclear power So what have you decided, yes, radioactive energy is good even though it’s expensive, bad for plants and animals, and lasts for almost forever? Or did you say no, it’s bad because it’s all that and more? I now what I said!
