DETOXIFY YOUR BODY HOW TO DO IT?

WE SAVOUR SWEETS, SPICY OILY FOODS AND WHAT NOT?? Why forget the extra load that our organs like stomach, digestive tracts, kidneys, and liver have to take.

SKIN Largest organ of body, working round the clock to Protect from harmful bacteria's, viruses and fungi. DOES NEED SOME REST Go in for steam or sauna bath. That releases some toxins through perspiration. Brush body with good quality body brush made of natural bristles. Do it on dry skin and towards the heart. This would remove the dead cells, open pores and also add to blood circulation. Body Massage with good oil. To rejuvenate the skin.

TAKE CARE OF LUNGS Deep breathing and exercise like walking, help revitalize the lungs. Learn ‘Pranayama’. As the different exercises in this are a great way to detoxify the body.

FLUSH OUT Our kidneys bear the brunt of our complicated life style. Not drinking enough water make them work twice as hard. The least we can do is drink eight glasses of water every day. This will help a lot to remove excess toxins from the body. Make sure that water is not cold. Try and have lukewarm water or else water at room temperature is good enough.

FOR A HEALTHY LIFE ▪ START YOUR DAY WITH A WARM GLASS OF WATER ( WITH LITTLE LEMON JUICE ADDED ) ▪ GO SLOW ON FOOD AND OPT FOR MORE JUICES, ESPECIALLY VEGITABLE JUICES. JUICES ARE LOADED WITH ‘PHYTONUTRIENTS’ OR PLANT GODDIES, THAT HELPS THE SYSTEM REPAIR. ▪ EXERCISE. AS IT STIMULATES THE INTESTINES TO GET RID OF WASTE PRODUCTS. ▪ DRINK PLENTY OF WATER i.e. AT LEAST TWO LITRES A DAY. PART BE IN FORM OF HERBAL TEA, FRUIT & VEGETABLE JUICES. NO TO CAFFEINE DRINKS.

▀▀ EAT Proteins. BEANS LENTILS EGGS CHICKEN FISH A LTTLE OF RED MEAT ▀▀ AVOID PATES PIES PASTRIES FRIED FOOD

▀ HAVE SMALL, REGULAR MEALS. FOR THOSE ‘INBETWEEN HUNGER PANGS’ GO FOR FRUIT BREAKS. ▀ SUBSTITUTE BREAD, PASTA, POTATOES AND CERALS WITH LITTLE RICE ▀ KEEP YOUR CHEESE INTAKE TO MINIMUM. FRESH YOGHURT IS GOOD. ▀ AVOID SALT OR REDUCE INTAKE.
