Association "SAVREMIE" is a non-profit organization created in 2004 in Sandanski, Bulgaria with with the following objectives: Supporting the development of tourism in the region of Southwestern Bulgaria; Protection and defense of environment; Fostering the economic and ecological activity; Development and gaining recognition for the spiritual and cultural – historic values, life and traditions; Development and gaining recognition for the civil society, education, engineering and technologies. Youth people’s integration and personal realization, human rights defense;

Since 2008 Association "Savremie" (BG009) is Eurodesk Relays - Information point for the region of Sandanski, Bulgaria. Eurodesk is the main provider of information on European policies and opportunities for young people and those who work with them.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: Publicity In order to present the project to the Bulgarian stakeholders in the tourism sector, we widely spread information about it. We made several publications in national tourist magazines and newspapers, many publications in local newspapers for all implemented activities, the benefits and the possible ways for inclusion, a number of press-releases was published in local regional online media in order to establish dialogue with the private and public sector regarding tourism.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: Newsletters Regional tourism companies, hoteliers, tour operators and stakeholders in the tourism sector were regularly informed for the project development, the activities carried out at the moment and the ways they can get involved in them or to take advantage.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: Hot-line Since February 2013 in Sandanski was opened an office - hotline for receiving signals, complaints and proposals from tourists - consumers of tourism products and services in Blagoevgrad region. On the hotline and by this office received a number of expressed proposals, enquiries, signals and particular requests from tourists to tourist sites, companies and public administration.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: Customer Relationship Management online platform The CRM platform is offering services and is measuring the indicators and aims the reception, processing and systematization of data from the received forms from visitors, based on direct feedback from them. Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: Integrated collaborative network We establish dialogue with main stakeholders, tour operators, associations and other companies from the tourist branch in Sandanski region in order to invite them to join the Integrated Network, who aims exchange of good practices and know-how, access to markets and user profiling; harnessing the experience of companies operating in the tourism market, and initiating new activities to implement better policies in the field of tourism at optimal way.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: Study of the tourism sector in the region of Blagoevgrad This study of the tourism sector is a part of the planned project activities, aiming to cover the structural and functional gaps, monitoring, use of information and data necessary for strategic planning, promotion of tourism products and the development of competitive and quality tourism services, both at local and cross-border level.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: Study of the tourism sector in the region of Blagoevgrad The main directions of the study include tourist profile, structure, the current situation in tourism and development prospects, a comparative assessment of the region to similar national and international destinations, as well as definition of strategic priorities for development and ensuring sustainable competitiveness. Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: A four-day training seminar addressed to stakeholders in the Tourism Industry. The first training module was carried out on 24-th of February 2014 in ‘Sveti Nikola’ hotel in Sandanski and was on “Marketing in tourism and ways of optimum usage of the new information and communication technologies “. Lecturer of the training was Assoc. Prof. Mariya Stankova, who teaches in the Faculty of Tourism in the Southwest University ‘Neofit Rilski’ in Blagoevgrad.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: The first training module. 26 representatives from the hospitality industry, tour operators, associations and other companies from the tourist branch took part in the event. The following topics related to the development of the tourist sector in the region were introduced and discussed: Modern marketing approaches of tourist products and services; The role of clusters in the field of tourism; Possibilities and challenges for development of the region of Sandanski community as an attractive tourist destination.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: A four-day training seminar addressed to stakeholders in the Tourism Industry. The second day of the training course titled "Key concepts for social and media networking in the tourist sector” will be held on the 27th of March 2014, at 11:00 a.m., in the Conference Hall of "Panorama" Hotel in Sandanski. Lecturer of the training was Assoc. Prof. Mariya Stankova, who teaches in the Faculty of Tourism in the Southwest University ‘Neofit Rilski’ in Blagoevgrad.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: The second day of training seminar. The seminar was attended by 23 representatives of the hotel industry, tour operators and other tourism businesses, associations and other stakeholders. The explored topics was related to the development of online-based tourism, mobile marketing, virtual applications and systems in the field of tourism industry.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: A four-day training seminar addressed to stakeholders in the Tourism Industry. The third day of the training course titled "Promotion of tourist products, tourist brands and destinations" was held on the 2nd of April 2014 in ‘Sveti Nikola’ hotel in Sandanski. Lecturer of the training was Anestis Anastasiou, AA & Partners - Training.Gr

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: The third day of training seminar. The seminar was attended by 35 representatives of the hospitality industry, tour operators and other tourism businesses, associations and other stakeholders. The explored topics was related to the Tools and channels of distribution of the tourism product; Pricing of tourism products and services; Creation of tourist identity of cities.

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: A four-day training seminar addressed to stakeholders in the Tourism Industry. The fourth and final training seminar was held on 22-nd of April 2014 in the conference hall of the "Sveti Nikola" hotel in Sandanski, on the topic: "Networking and Clustering in the Development of Tourism" Lecturer of the training was Anestis Anastasiou, AA & Partners - Training.Gr

Implemented activities in the framework of the Dias- Net project: The fourth day of training seminar. The seminar was attended by 38 representatives of the hospitality industry, tour operators and other tourism businesses, associations and other stakeholders. The explored topics was related to the Strategic Cluster mix to current market conditions and The value of networking in the field of tourism. At the end of the training the participants received certificates for participation in the four-day training seminar.
