Dealing With Unethical Colleague Behavior Matthew 18:15-17 Go to them first Get support of another colleague Instruct a client on how to file a complaint – do not break confidentiality Report to the licensing board if there is no resolution

A Christian Response (Sanders) Should have elements of humility, redemption, grace, restoration, understanding, and forgiveness Unethical behavior should not be excused and should be addressed; it is both a professional and a moral issue Check our own emotional response & motivation Restoration & forgiveness should follow proper repentance by the offender Provide on-going support
