The 7 Habits of Happy Kids

Sharpening the saw means finding balance Sharpening the saw means finding balance. Just like a car has 4 tires, we have 4 parts: body, heart, mind and soul. And to be healthy and happy, all four parts need time and attention. We all feel better when we’re balanced, when we take time to renew the parts of who we are. Let us never be too busy sawing to take time to sharpen the saw. Take time to renew, to unwind, to take a walk, to laugh, to cry, to step back and think deeply, and to invest in our most important relationships; that is what SHARPENING THE SAW is all about-the 7th Habit.
