September 3, 2013 Power Standards: Analyze career paths, successful employee traits and compile documents for jobs within the food production and food service industry. Target: The student will: 1. State the importance of making a great 1 st impression during every aspect of your life. 2. List the 7 body language strategies in an interview 3. Make connections with your classmates Opening Activity: Explore and look around the room. Based on evidence, record 5 inferences you make about Mrs. Webb based on your observations. Next to each of the 5 inferences, write down the evidence. Be prepared to share your recordings! An inference is an idea or conclusion that’s drawn from evidence and reasoning. An inference is an educated guess.
