HSF Ambassador Program A vehicle of HSF for volunteers to get “up close and personal” to identify to validate to meet the needs of home school families in their own communities

Ambassadors Attend Workplace Giving Events Face-to-face conversations increase likelihood of being remembered by employees as they select charities and designate their giving Hundreds of charity options employees choose from Opportunity to share stories to make a connection FREE to attend & by invitation only 18-month cycle from event to final receipt of donations – tracked for results 400% potential increase over non-attendance

Two Types of Workplace Giving Events: CFC – Combined Federal Campaign (federal employees) NTN – Neighbor to Nation (state employees) $60,339 received from last cycle Events are ranked by tiers of giving: – Tier 1: greater than $1 million – Tier 2: between $500,000 and $1 million – Tier 3: less than $500,000
