We can help our junior members by letting them plan service projects, Veterans Parties, work with their friends when volunteering. Offer ideas as a start and always be there to assist them. Encourage junior members to reach out to public service officials. (policemen, firemen, etc.) Many of them are Veterans Partner with other organizations such as OMK and National Clown Association. Two organizations that work with our Veterans and Military families. Always let them know they have done a good job.
