Mission Support regional innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development through education, university resources, partnerships, and community engagement

Vision The UNCP Entrepreneurship Incubator Education Incubation Support Research Municipal and Community Partnerships and Industry Technology Transfer Product Design We will become a leader in rural innovation and entrepreneurship and serve as a model for economic growth through the development and strengthening of our seven core focus areas

Our Goals Support the growth of business and economic development in Southeast North Carolina Develop a pipeline of well-trained entrepreneurs Create “real-world” experiences for students Become a leader in rural innovation research Infuse innovation into all UNCP departments Drive partnerships with external shareholders Inspire the community and encourage positive socioeconomic change in the region
