Analytical framework: CH conceptual and analytical framework based particularly on the four indicators of results of food security (FC, NS, LE and Mortality corroborated contributing factors (hazards-vulnerability, Food availability, accessibility and utilization)

Recommendations To the Countries and partners Accelerate the process of formalization of the national CH analysis (CH) cells ; Strengthen the national food and nutritional security monitoring systems ; Align national surveys on food and nutritional security with CH analysis process and cycles. To CILSS and partners Continue to strengthen the capacity of national stakeholders on the CH tool ; Continue advocacy on the CH in all the countries; Support the countries in the realization of food and nutrition security survey to inform the CH analysis cycles ; Mobilize additional financial resources to support the development and implementation of the CH tool in the region taking into account issues related to data collection.
