COM March 2016 Next Board Meeting is scheduled for March 24, :30p.m. at the Clubhouse ONSITE OFFICE HOURS Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please remember the laundry rooms on each floor are shared amongst the residents. Please make sure to clean the lint traps and wipe out the washing machine’s gray gasket. There are trash cans available in each laundry room to place lint or wipes. We have received communication that the elevator upgrade will tentatively begin April 20 th. It has not been determined in which order the update will be accomplished. We will make every effort to communicate well in advance when the work in your building will commence. Be aware once the work begins your elevator will be out of service for 3 to 4 weeks. Please remember the following rules if you have contracted for work in your unit. (Rules and Regulations amended March 27, 2014:  Owners are responsible for action of their guests, tenants, tenants guests, contractors or workman. (page 5 paragraph 5)  All construction activity must be confined to your assigned parking space. Clean-up must be accomplished at the end of each day. Violators will be subject to an immediate fine of $ (page 6 paragraph 19)  If you have a contractor, moving van, or other service provider on property they must register at the on-site office. If the office is not open, they must leave a card on the dashboard of the vehicle indicating in which unit they are working.” (page 8 paragraph 10) Maintenance staff is hard at work getting the parcel rooms ready for package deliveries by the Post Office, UPS, Amazon, On Trac and FedEx. These rooms are either next to or nearby the mail boxes in the lobby area. The rooms will be accessible by using your existing building key. Once these are fully installed, the delivery companies will no longer deliver packages to a residents door. The seasons of Spring and Summer are already on upon us. With this being said, please make sure to brush up on the Rules and Regulations regarding the pool (pages 14-15) and the club house (page 16). If the remodeling bug has hit and you are installing new windows (applicable for all units) or hard surface flooring (2 nd and 3 rd floor units only) remember to obtain from the office the architectural proposal BEFORE installation. Once your packet is complete drop it off at the office. Staff will validate everything necessary for the Board to vote on has been assembled correctly. The request needs to be ready for approval at the next Board Meeting. Approval will be communicated by a letter from Curtis Management.
