INTRODUCTION Why PROSPECT and What's new?

Time to take stock of the current situation… submissions … Paper submission, archiving (or verification of s) Encoding of CN/FA in the system by the EC Encoding of external assessors scores in the system by the EC Paper signature and sending of letters etc.

The main objective of Prospect is to integrate the Call for Proposal (CfP) business process, in a single online system PRAG Management Call preparation and publication Online submission Online Evaluation …to find a solution to decrease the waste of time, paper, delays due to the paper based submission… Prospect simplifies and automates the CfP Cycle!

Improved service quality to NGOs Online submission and real time tracking Warning errors when data ineligible/incorrect data Subscription to upcoming calls Reduced administrative burden Paperless = reduced CfP cycle duration Improved communication with applicants Avoid evaluation of ineligible proposals Improved data quality
