Advanced Remote Tower 3 13 Nov 2007Malmö/Sturup3 Progress reports Project Coordinator deliver Progress reports to the Commission. Mangement Progress reports 1-7, T3, T6, T9, T12, T15, T18 and T21. The Progress reports is based on monthly reports from all contractors. Starts at the end of T2. Templates will be distributed (simplyfied activity and management report, max 2 pages).

The Form C Excel workbook can be downloaded from the following web page under the sub-heading "Project reporting in FP6- Financial Statements (Form C) - Electronic Version 1.1". Audit Certificates when required. The Audit Certificate template to follow can be found at the following address: T12: Saab, LFV and NLR. T24: All contractors. Summary Financial Report consolidating the claimed costs of all contractors. This document is to be prepared by the Project Coordinator.

Advanced Remote Tower 13 Nov 2007 Malmö/Sturup6 Periodic report on the distribution of the Community´s contribution T12, (T24) Reported in Form C-Financial Statement of the Project Coordinator. It shows the distribution, in euros, of funds made by the coordinator to contractors during the reporting period. Any interest generated by the renewal of pre-financing must be reported also in Form C-Financial Statement. Any possible redistribution of funds must be reported.

This report must include the consolidated final ”Summary Financial report”. Final report on the distribution of the Community´s contribution. At latest 60 days after receipt of the final payment.

Advanced Remote Tower 13 Nov 2007 Malmö/Sturup8 Mid-term review A mid-term review, initiated by the Commission, shall be held. The consortium shall submit a ”mid-term report” covering all the work carried out since the start of the project, objectives, intermediary results and conclusions, an updated plan for using and disseminating the knowledge and an update of the remaining work planned in Annex I.

Advanced Remote Tower 13 Nov 2007 Malmö/Sturup9 Project deliverables Project deliverables: Annex I – ”Description of Work” p Deliverables should be submitted on the due date as specified in Annex I, with a maximum permitted delay of 45 days after the end of the reporting period. The WP-leader are responsible for deliverables in their WP. The deliverable and a review protocol shall be submitted to the Project Coordinator. Templates for deliverables and review protocol`s will be distributed T2.

Please remember that reports and deliverables shall be delivered to the Project Coordinator within 21 days after the end of the period. Meetings within the core Management Team every third month, starting prel 5 Feb 2008.
