Deadlines for the reports All reports and deliverables shall be submitted within 45 days following the end of the respective periods identified in the contract Reporting At the start of the project (within 2 months) Initial outline report After each reporting period (every 12 months) Periodic management report, periodic activity report, an updated outline report, etc. At Mid Term (between 24 th – 30 th months) Mid-Term Review Report at least 1 month before MTR-meeting At the end of the project (within 2 months after the end) A final management report, a final outline report
