Case Study 1. Imagine that a big company or hospital offers you an excellent job with good salary. Based on the company’s policy, a new worker is not allowed to get married soon for 5 years. Unfortunately, your parents have already been preparing a big party for your wedding next three months. Now your are jobless and you need the job. What will you do? Do you accept the offering to have an excellent job or leave it and get married with your partner?

Case Study 2. You have been working for the past five years in the same company as an assistant manager. Recently, there was an opening for position as manager. You are an efficient and effective worker and feel that you not only could handle the job as a manger, but also you are qualified.
