THE HARVEY Between 2009 and % of Harvey students went on to University in their first year after leaving school. Within two years of leaving The Harvey a further 5% went on to university following a Gap Year, voluntary work or paid employment.

THE HARVEY These 428 students have between them, gone on to 198 different degree courses at 84 Higher Education Institutions.

THE HARVEY 26% of HGS students going on to Higher Education secured a place at one of the Russell Group Universities

THE HARVEY Post-16 Courses A Levels – Modular A Levels – Linear Equivalent Qualifications

THE HARVEY Linear ASLinear AS Unit 1 Unit 2 Unit 3 AS Exams Units 1-2 (1-3) are examined at the end of Year 12. A D grade is required to continue with the subject in to Year 13. The AS is worth 50% of the full A Level or can be cashed as a stand-alone qualification. AS Exams Units 1-2 (1-3) are examined at the end of Year 12. A D grade is required to continue with the subject in to Year 13. The AS does not contribute toward the full linear A Level. This is a stand alone qualification. A Level Exams Units 1-4 (1-6) making up the full two-year course are examined at the end of Year 13. Linear A Level Unit 1 Unit 2 Unit 3 Unit 4 Unit 5 Unit 6 Modular A2 Unit 4 Unit 5 Unit 6 Modular AS Unit 1 Unit 2 Unit 3 A2 Exams Units 4-5 (4-6) are examined at the end of Year 13.
